Noah Kloze is one of the designers at Alternative Edge, who built a website for himself for his private practice as a somatic sex educator supporting survivors connecting with pleasure and joy after sexual trauma. The site includes an integrated booking system, e-commerce shop, as well foundational features such as a blog, integrated YouTube videos, testimonials, and information about his offerings.
Noah wanted a web store where they could sell online workshops as well as homemade scar remedies plus t-shirts they had designed. Their web store needed to have a variety of functions, including integration with an online print-on-demand clothing company which created a seamless hands-off process. They also wanted a separate feature for selling handmade skin care products, and another feature for selling digital workshops.
Noah’s vision for their branding was to evoke a sense of rooted warmth and genuine availability via their imagery, marketing, and colour palette. They opted for natural elements that included wildflowers and bees, hoping to create a grounded, summer-y and naturally sensual feeling to help illustrate the values and energy that they bring to their practice.
